- We work without lunch breaks from 8.00 to 19.30 o'clock from Monday to Friday. On Saturday we work from 10.00 to 17.00 o'clock.

- At your visit, you will receive a username and password to access your electronic file that contains all of your digital images taken in our laboratories.
- X-ray examinations are painless. When positioning for some examinations, you may experience slight discomfort that lasts for a short time and is due to the mandatory requirements for proper centering that we follow. It is necessary not to move during the examination as we may need to repeat the procedure otherwise.

- You will be asked to remove earrings, necklaces, pins and any metal or hard objects from the head and neck area before you have a panoramic x-ray, cephalometric x-ray or 3D scan [CBCT].
